To Assist Director, Human Resources to implement the hotel C&B policies and Human Resources operation related affairs. Including attendance management, Company WeChat management, on-boarding and separation procedures, employee relationship processing and Government Affairs, etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Know the employee benefit policy and related policy, manage operation of colleague service center and help employees solve problems

了解员工福利政策和相关酒店政策，管理员工服务中心的运作和帮助员工解决问题

Assist with the administration of the HR system and attendance management, ensure attendance management are followed and in line with company policy

协助人力资源系统的管理和考勤管理，确保按照公司政策实施考勤管理

Know the incentive and salary payment policy and assist with issue the salary reports.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

1. Experience in remuneration and benefits related work, familiar with national and Local labor and personnel policies and regulations and social insurance policies and regulations.

2.Strong communication and implementation skills, good communication and writing in English
