【岗位职责】
1、负责度假村线上线下营销活动的策划、执行与效果评估,提升品牌知名度和市场占有率;
2、制定并实施年度、季度及月度营销计划,确保营销目标的达成;
3、分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态,提出针对性的营销策略与优化建议;
4、协调内外部资源,与销售、运营等部门合作,推动营销活动的落地与执行;
5、监控营销数据,优化营销效果。

【岗位要求】
1、对市场营销工作有热情,具备良好的市场敏感度和创新思维;
2、熟悉数字营销工具及社交媒体运营,能独立策划并执行营销活动;
3、具备较强的数据分析能力,能通过数据驱动营销决策;
4、优秀的沟通协调能力,能与团队及外部合作伙伴高效协作;
5、抗压能力强,能适应快节奏的工作环境,按时完成工作任务;
6、有酒店、旅游或相关行业营销经验者优先,但不强制要求。

The place to be happy is here. And the time to be happy is now. ” These words of Gérard Blitz had a very special resonance in the post-war context. Freeing people from their day-to-day constraints in ways that enabled them to rediscover themselves, recharge their batteries and get back to basic pleasures: that was the genesis of Club Med.地中海的第一个度假村“Alcudia”在 1950年4月17日建于西班牙Balearic岛上,那时的度假村无房无墙,只是一个帐篷露营地。第一个“精心建造”的夏季村Agadir于1965年诞生,自此翻开了地中海俱乐部新的篇章。彼时,运动在地中海度假村内备受推崇,使得如海上运动项目、高尔夫和网球等贵族运动逐渐平民化。在过去的70多年中,地中海俱乐部始终秉持一价全包的理念。1979年,地中海俱乐部已经遍布五大洲,开创了新的纪元。The first village “Alcudia” was founded in Spain’s Balearic Islands in 27th April, 1950, it was at that time a camping based resort, without buildings. The first “strongly-constructed” summer village of Agadir was only released in 1965, launching a new trend. At this time, sports were highly developing within Club Med resorts which allowed the democratization of some expensive activities like nautical sports, golf and tennis. Club Med adopted the all-inclusive concept over the seventies. In 2004, the Group refocused its business on the upscale segment of the world tourism market to become the global specialist in friendly, upscale, multicultural all-inclusive holidays. 时至今日,地中海俱乐部共经营超过70座度假村,其中三分之二都是4T和5T奢华度假村。As of today Club Med operates more than 70 Resorts, two-thirds of which are 4T and Luxury 5T Resorts.
