General Mission 职责概述
Responsible for coordinating and conducting training programs in order to enhance the quality of staff and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling hotel guests.
分析制订培训计划,提高员工素质,增进工作表现和提高对客工作效率。
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Provides orientation and training to hotel new staff.
对酒店新员工进行入职培训。
2. Assists the Training Manager to develop hotel annual training plans.
协助培训经理制订酒店年度培训计划。
3. Collects the department monthly training report and develops the hotel monthly training report.
收集各部门月度培训报告并制作酒店月度培训报告。
4. Assists the Training Manager to develop the monthly training plan of HR department
and monthly training plan of hotel.
协助培训经理制定人力资源部和酒店月度培训计划。
5. Prepares report of training results.
每次培训后,做好培训记录报表。
6. Maintains hotel training materials.
管理酒店培训资料。
7. Assists the Training Manager to ensure the coordination of department training.
协助培训经理检查并确保各部门培训有序开展。
8. Assists the Training Manager to oversee the staff behaviors and etiquette.
协助培训经理检查员工行为礼仪。
JOB SPECIFICATION任职要求
1. At least two year working experience in 5 star rated hotel preferred.
1年以上五星级酒店工作经验优先考虑。
2. Proficiency in English
英语熟练。
3. Basic training skills
基本培训技巧。
4. Bachelors or similar degree from an accredited college or university.
国家认可的大专及以上学历。
