Job responsibilities 
岗位职责
1. Carry out supervisor's work instruction and assist supervisor in daily work. 
执行主管的工作指示，协助主管的日常工作。
2.Participate in all service activities and correct problems in time. 
参与各项服务活动，发现问题及时纠正。
3.Check the staff's appearance, labor discipline, behavior and work attitude, to meet the requirements of the department. 
检查员工的仪表仪容、劳动纪律、行为规范和工作态度，使之达到部门要求。
4.Master the hotel's preferential policies and room rate policy, understand the room status and rental rate.
掌握酒店各项优惠政策和房价政策，了解客房状况和出租率。
5. Check the reservation information and VIP notice, arrange the guest's check-in reasonably. 
检查预订资料及ＶＩＰ通知单，合理安排宾客的入住。
6.Ensure the registration form is detailed, accurate, clear and in accordance with the relevant department regulations
确保入住登记单详细、准确、清晰，符合有关部门的规定。
Job Requirements  
岗位要求
1.Experience in the same position is preferred. 有同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
2. Familiar with the front desk of the business. 熟悉前台的各项业务。
3. Familiar with the reception procedures, strong communication skills, to solve all kinds of difficulties in the work, handle all kinds of complaints.
精通前台的各项接待程序，沟通能力较强，解决工作中的各种疑难，处理各种投诉。
4.Cheerful personality, a good personal culture, work seriously responsible.
性格开朗，有良好的个人修养，工作认真负责。
