Responsibilities
岗位职责：

1、responsible for the material management of the hotel warehouse and the acceptance of all materials into the hotel; 
负责酒店总仓的物资管理工作和进入酒店的所有物资的验收工作；

2、 according to the requirements of goods placed in the various categories of warehouse materials, and do a good job in time goods slot card, check the warehouse receipt, direct dial, out of the warehouse receipt,按物品摆放要求按类放好各种仓库物资，并及时做好货位卡，认真审核入库单、直拨单、出库单等单据；

3、in a timely and accurate record warehouse accounts,  
及时准确地记好仓库进出帐；

4、 regular ventilation and safety work,
定期做好仓库的通风工作和安全工作；

5、clean the warehouse health work. 
打扫好仓库的卫生工作。

6、the purchase of goods by the requirements of a serious acceptance; 
对采购过来的物品按要求认真地进行验收；

7、 found that the non-conforming or non-conforming materials to timely and effective handling of communication with the procurement supervisor;
 发现不合格或不合要求的物资要及时和采购主管沟通进行有效地处理；

8、timely and good acceptance form, require the relevant personnel to sign, and timely issued to all departments; 
及时开好验收单，要求相关人员签字，并及时发放给各部门；

9、 put their various documents, and keep good; 
放好自身的各类单据，并保管好；

10、 timely warehouse accounts, to the accountant; 
及时做好仓库帐，交给会计；

11、timely warehouse analysis report, timely delivery of financial responsible person; 
及时做好仓库的分析报告，及时交财务负责人；

12、 regular inspection of the warehouse for some of the goods to arrive at the bottom of the purchase order in a timely manner to purchase;
 定期检查仓库对一些到达货底物资要及时打申购单采购；

13. Regularly check the quality of warehouse materials to ensure no expired items; 
定期检查仓库物资的质量，确保无过期物品；

14. Occasionally or regularly to other departments of the hotel warehouse materials or inspection, found impropriety to be corrected in time; 
不定期或定期对酒店其它部门的仓库物资进行抽查或检查，发现不妥处要及时给予纠正；

15、according to the requirements of the work assigned by the boss;
及时按要求完成上级下达的各项工作任务；

Requirements: 
任职要求：

1、 good computer skills; 电脑操作能力良好；

2、 know the warehouse out of warehousing process, storage and distribution procedures; 懂得仓库出库入库流程，保管和分发程序；

3、know and will make inventory list, familiar with warehouse storage standards了解及会制作出入库盘点表，熟悉库房存放标准
