岗位职责
1.确保咖啡厅的正常运营，尽可能的获取更多利润，维持高标准食品、酒水及服务质量，提升客人满意度；
2.处理小一般投诉, 并向经理或助理报告, 以便采取适当补救措施;
3.确保员工之间的团队合作，以及和其他部门顺畅的沟通。

1.良好的英语口语及书写能力，接待来自全球各地的客人，提供良好的服务；
