Job Description 岗位职责
1.To Maintain high standards of food preparation at Shang Garden Kitchen according to the standards set by the Management.
据管理层制定的标准，在中餐厅厨房维持高标准的食品出品；
2.Ensures proper use and cleaning of equipment, maintains strict control on food wastage.
确保设备的正确使用和清洁, 严格控制食品损耗；
3. Any other job assignments and duties as delegated by the supervisor and /or management.
承担主管或管理层分配的其他工作任务和职责。

Job Requirements岗位要求
1.Familiar with the use of equipment in kitchen and hygiene and sanitation procedures.
熟悉厨房设备及相关卫生程序；
2.A self-starter and a team player.
积极主动，善于团队合作；
3.More than 2 years working experience in 5 stars hotel.
在同等五星级酒店做过至少2年厨房工作。
