Job Responsibility 岗位职责
1.Ensure a smooth restaurant operation at all times , assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation.
确保餐厅运营顺利，协助完成每月预测，每周计划，餐厅盈利能力评估;
2.Optimise profitability of restaurant and drive revenue.
优化餐厅的盈利能力，提高营业收入;
3.Maximise and maintain the restaurant's performance.

Job Requirements 职位要求
1.Has a passion for Food & Beverage，enjoys interacting with people.对餐饮工作富有热情,愿意与客人交流并建立和维护良好的宾客关系;
2.Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to host global guests.良好的中英文口语及书写能力，为全球客人提供良好的服务；
3.Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.具备奢华五星级酒店工作经历；
4.Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.友好、乐于助人和值得信赖的领导者;
5.Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving.善于计划、组织和解决问题;
6.Enjoys being challenged.能够适应具有挑战性的工作；
7.A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.积极主动，能够推动团队优化业务收入。
