We are hiring an Area Director of Human Resources.
As an Area Director of Human Resources, we rely on you to:
1.Being a business partner, develop and implement HR strategy to assist the hotel achieve the goal;
2.Involving in all business decision and provide guidance and support as HRBP;
3.Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, includes recruitment, Learning development, compensation, colleague engagement, performance management and other related functions;
4.Drive a high-performing and motivated workforce;
5.Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ satisfaction;
6.Proactively alerts hotel management on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner;
7.Demonstrate leadership competencies and values.
We are looking for someone who:
1.Oversee Shenzhen 3 hotels(Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen,Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen and JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La);
2.Minimun 1 years plus in similar roles in a 5-star international luxury hotel chain;
3.Has pre-opening experience;
4.Has strong interpersonal and communications skill, good at organizing and planning, strategy thinking, conceptualizing ability;
5.Preferably overseas education background and has a degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management;
6.Well know the local market, has excellent knowledge of local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations;
7.Fluent in English and Chinese.
