【工作职责】
促进礼宾部内行李员服务台职能的顺利和高效运行。协助宾客提拉行李及行李寄存服务，为有需要的宾客提供委托代办和雨伞租借服务。确保所接受的行李和包裹的安全，存放在合适的地方。
【任职要求】
1. 熟悉opera系统
2. 良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力
3. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神

We are looking for Bell Attendant
【Job Responsibilities】
Facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of the bellman
service desk function within the Concierge. Assist guests with luggage lifting
and luggage storage services, and provide agency and umbrella rental services
for guests in need. Ensure that the accepted luggage and parcels are safe and
stored in a suitable place.
【Job Requirements】
1. Familiarity with the opera system
2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English
and Chinese
3. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
