Job Duties
1.Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the Director of Food & Beverage, and the team
为餐饮部总监和团队提供全面的秘书支援工作；
2.Support the Director of Food & Beverage for all administration and office coordination
支持餐饮部总监所有的行政和办公室的协调工作；
3. Interact with internal and external stakeholders
与内外部的主要人员沟通；
4. Manage the schedule for the Director of Food & Beverage. Coordinates meetings and appointments
为餐饮部总监管理行程，协调会议和预约；
5.Coordinates travel arrangements for the Director of Food & Beverage
协调出差安排

Job Requirements
1. Has a passion for providing business support to senior management 
有热情为高层管理人员提供业务上的支持；
2. Has strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
有较强的人际交往、沟通和组织能力。
3. Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
专业、谨慎，能处理敏感信息
4. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
精通Microsoft Office软件；
5. Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to handle administrative papaer work.
能用中英双语流利的沟通和书写,处理相应文书工作。
