岗位职责
To be responsible to the daily operation of SPA; direct and maintain the SPA in accordance with policies standards and guidelines established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts; Creating a relaxing, caring and personalized leisure and SPA environment for guests to enhance their wellbeing; Ensuring efficient and professional service and optimizing financial performance of the department.
负责水疗中心的日常运营;根据香格里拉酒店集团的政策、标准和指导方针，指导和维护水疗中心运营;为客人创造一个轻松、体贴、个性化的休闲和水疗环境，提升客人满意度，确保高效和专业的服务，优化部门的财务业绩。

职位要求
1. Have Luxury Beauty Salon or 5 star international hotel experience in management role in a similar capacity for minimum of two years;
具备2年或以上奢华美容会所或国际五星级酒店管理岗位经验；
2. Familar with local market trend;
熟悉当地市场，了解流行趋势；
3. Good interpersonal skill and leadership skill.
良好的人际交往能力和领导力。
