【Job Responsibilities】

Be fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel.
Establish and improve the hotel’s organizational and management system to make it rational, streamlined and efficient.
Be responsible for achieving the hotel’s revenue and profit targets.
Be responsible for formulating the hotel’s operating budget and final accounts.
Implement the hotel’s annual financial budget and assign annual work targets to all departments.
Supervise the hotel’s maintenance, repair work and safety management.
Be responsible for public relations with all sectors to establish a good image of the hotel.
Manage hotel organizational structure, staffing establishment and important personnel changes.
Guide training and talent development to improve overall service quality and staff competence.
【Job Requirements】





Bachelor’s degree or above, major in a relevant management field.
Able to use Russian and English as working languages.
More than 8 years of working experience in star-rated hotels, including at least 5 years of relevant senior management experience.
Familiar with the service and management processes of all hotel departments.
Good at team management and operation, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong communication, planning, decision-making and comprehensive judgment skills.
