工作职责:
Compensation & Benefits
• Take charge of end-to-end monthly payroll processes for the Finance Shared Service Center, including attendance verification, consolidation and reconciliation of compensation data, payroll calculation and review, to ensure accurate and on-time salary disbursement. Collaborate with the finance team on payroll accounting and provide all supporting documents as required.
• Oversee full-cycle administration of social insurance and housing fund for all team members, including monthly declaration, employee enrolment adjustment and personal information updates. Keep track of updates to local social security and provident fund regulations, implement corresponding execution plans, and offer professional consulting support to employees on contribution inquiries, account transfers, medical reimbursement and other matters.
• Implement corporate-wide team member welfare policies in a standardized manner.
Employee Relations & HR System
• Gather employee feedback, formulate activity budgets, and lead the full-cycle planning and delivery of team building, seasonal celebration and employee wellbeing activities. Coordinate venue arrangements and on-site execution, and conduct post-event reviews and internal communications afterwards.
• Manage daily maintenance and regular data validation of payroll, social security and core HR systems to guarantee complete, accurate and compliant employee records.
• Compile periodic workforce structure and employee relations analysis reports for management’s reference.
• Deliver HR system training to relevant colleagues to streamline daily HR operations
• Handle employee inquiries, workplace conflicts and grievances strictly in accordance with local labor laws and corporate policies. Conduct probation check-ins, regular one-on-one talks and exit interviews with complete written records for follow-up reports. Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, separation) for staff below Senior Manager, and administer personnel files and full-cycle employment contracts to mitigate labor compliance risks.
• Communicate provisions of the Team Member Handbook to ensure all employees fully understand and abide by corporate management policies.
General Support
• Assist the implementation of annual recruitment strategy plan and to fill in qualified candidates for open positions
• Maintain a professional external image and promote the FSSC team via various recruitment channels.
• Design and deliver new hire onboarding orientation programs.
• Partner with the FSSC HR Senior Manager and FSSC leadership to build and optimize internal training and talent development frameworks.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
任职资格:
• Minimum 5 year of experience in a similar position, hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of extensive recruitment / training experience.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good organization and coordination skills.
• Good presentation and teaching skills.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Result driven and can work under pressure.
