工作职责：
1. Process Excellence & Digital Transformation
－ Act as the Operational Master of hotel finance processes, with hands－on experience managing end－to－end daily operations finance workflows （including revenue audit, AP/AR, general ledger, etc.）.
－ Demonstrate deep technical fluency across core finance systems （e.g., PMS, SUN, Check, etc.） and comprehensive knowledge of DocMX.
－ Map current－state processes with precision, identify system gaps that impede scalability, and propose actionable system enhancements or replacements.
2. Innovation & Change Leadership
－ Champion a passion for reinvention—actively challenge the status quo and champion innovative, agile, and automated solutions over traditional legacy approaches.
－ Lead process re－engineering projects with a proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains and operational improvements.
－ Drive a digitalization mindset that goes beyond task automation; envision and advocate for a fully digitized finance function, from data capture to reporting and decision－making.
3. Continuous Improvement & Project Governance
－ Continuously enhance the FSSC operations methodology, processes, and toolkit; proactively manage risks and issues across workstreams; and embed lessons learned to drive consistent, optimized process.
－ Identify continuous improvement opportunities across operations processes and deliver targeted efficiency savings in line with business goals.
4. Strategic Insight & Data Storytelling
－ Translate raw financial data into compelling business insights for regional leadership, enabling data－driven decision－making.
－ Stay ahead of emerging finance technologies, evaluate tools such as GenAI for finance, advanced RPA, and other innovations, and pilot solutions aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
－ Build and sustain trusted, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including FSSC Operations, Operational Finance Teams, Hotel Teams, and Corporate leadership.
－ Effectively rally cross－functional teams around change initiatives, overcoming resistance through transparent communication, clear rationale, and the delivery of early quick wins.
6. Change Control & Budget Management
－ Manage change requests and scope adjustments in response to evolving business or project needs.
－ Oversee project budgets rigorously—evaluate all initiatives for feasibility, cost－benefit, and value－at－risk, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

－ Extensive experience in hotel finance operations management, with a strong track record in process improvement and project leadership.
－ Deep system expertise in PMS, SUN, Check, POS, and DocMX.
－ Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi－stakeholder initiatives from inception to delivery.
－ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around shared goals.
－ Strategic and forward－thinking—passionate about digitalization, automation, and emerging technologies in finance.
－ Data－savvy, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
－ Results－oriented, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes and drive sustainable change.
