1、 负责监管酒店信贷债权的货币资金回收，加速资金周转，避免坏帐损失， 及时反映债权的存在，落实清算工作，定期向上级准确无误地反映每月应收帐款的余额和结算情况，并提出解决措施。
2、 负责酒店签订的协议、合同的存档工作，并监督协议、合同的执行情况。
3、 审核应收帐帐单及相关资料，是否符合签单挂帐手续。
4、 审核信用卡结算有关资料，及时与总出纳进行核对。
5、 加强信贷管理，及时催收欠款，发递催款通知书，使应收帐款控制在定额范围内，提高资金回收率和资金使用效益。
6、 随时与前厅、前台收银督导加强信息往来，了解住店客人结算情况，协助前台做好结算工作。
