主要职责：

给房务部总监以及相关房务部门提供行政帮助

关键职责：

1. 房务总监行政助理

2. 协助所有房务部下属部门的日常管理

3. 沟通和协助所有内部和外部客人

4. 行政办公室的日常事务

1.房务部总监行政助理

a. 协助房务部总监的一切事宜

b. 协助房务部总监完成客人的需求，预定的安排，做好跟进工作。.

c. 及时接听电话和传真，和查看邮件，并将信息准确和按时的传递到相关部门和人员。

d. 选择正确的文档处理系统

e. 做好跟进，并每日查看需要更近的各项事宜。

f. 安排房务部门每日或每月各项会议和活动

g. 更新每月的盖洛普分数，分发至房务部各下属部门，并协助房务部总监作好抽查工作。

h. 更新房务部下属各部门每个员工故事和表扬卡的收集情况

i. 更新行政酒廊每日报表

2. 协助所有房务部下属部门的日常管理

a. 协助房务部各部门经理完成各项工作。如：季度预算报表，每周值勤表等。

b. 更新部门每月各项报表如： P & L 报告, CAPEX…

c. 安排新员工参观酒店房间

d. 协助完成相关房务部门的LMS

3. 沟通和协助所有内部和外部客人

a. 完成对其它部门的交叉服务

b. 安排员工按时参加人事部和总经理办公室的员工回馈会议

4.行政办公室日常事务

a. 保证复印机和打印机处于良好的工作状态。

b. 与邮局和快递工作人员一起完成包裹和信件的分发工作，

负责地处理每一个电话以及电话留言，并保证房务部的其它部门的行政人员也时刻遵循丽嘉酒店的电话礼仪。
