  • The Hygiene Manager is responsible for the effective day to day organizational and operational support in the culinary division and is managing all aspects of Marriott Global Food Safety, Marriott Brand Standards, Compliance with the local and international law with diligence, commitment and passion.

equipment and the consumption of disposable hygiene articles. Resulting numbers are shared with the Executive Chef on a monthly base prior to the P&L review.
