Duties
Collect, maintain, and update     market and competitor intelligence, including room rates, promotions,     packages, hotel openings and other market activities.
 
Gather and analyze customer,     booking and market data to identify business trends, source markets, and     commercial opportunities. 
 
Monitor online distribution     channels and competitor pricing strategies and track emerging digital     platforms and market developments. 
 
Prepare regular market     intelligence reports, presentations, and commercial performance analyses,     including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share data. 
 
Provide research, reporting and     data support to Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing teams, and assist     with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s     degree or above in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Data Analytics, or a     related field.
 
At least 2 years of experience in     hotel Sales & Marketing, revenue management, OTA operations, market     research, or business analysis.
 
Strong market sensitivity with the     ability to identify opportunities and risks from changes in pricing,     demand, channels, and competitor actions.
 
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint     and analytical tools with the ability to translate data into actionable     insights
 
Excellent communication and     cross-functional coordination skills.
 
Proactive, detail-oriented,     logical, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 
Fluent English and Chinese, both     in written and verbal.
