岗位职责
1.定期培训本部门员工，不断提高服务技能和业务水平，做好每月考勤、更期表。
2.各区域的运作情况，不断巡视各个岗位，能够在有突发事件发生时，可以及时处理。
3.抓好传酒员的服务礼貌和工作纪律，要求讲礼貌用语和遵守公司的各项规章制度。
4.及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题，合理调解工作中的一切问题。
5.随时检查各区域的运作情况，使之各项工作达到标准，并在过程中认真执行部门奖罚条例，做到奖罚分明。
6.发现工作上的问题及时解决，主持每天例会，上传下达公司的有关通知、规章制度、规定等一些文件。
7.做好各部门之间的沟通和协调，主动解决问题，并及时将问题反映给部门经理。
8.检查各区域的准备工作和员工的仪容仪表，不合格或不符合规定的要马上指正。
9.查看饮品、食品的出品要求，做好打苛、分单、分区工作。安排传酒员出单，使饮品、食品及时送到台房。
10.负责本区域员工纪律、礼貌礼仪、工作安排和处理日常事务，尽量要做到不偏不倚，能够公平、公正、公开。
11.收集员工在工作中的各种信息，并每日写好工作日记上交楼面经理，每天在班前或班后向楼面部经理汇报有关工作情况。
12.认真记录好每天的出品情况，以及和部门配合的情况，对于异常的事情要特别记录清楚，下班前将单据交予经理。

2.熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪
3.有较强的语言表达能力及推销能力
4.英语四级以上能用英语为外宾提供服务
