岗位职责
1、为部门召开的会议做记录。
2、起草人力资源经理所布置的通知、报告、计划等文书文件。
3、负责上级下发文件的签收及本部门发文的传送工作。
4、负责各类收、发文件的分类、整理、立卷及归档工作。
5、准确了解酒店各项政策及国家人事政策以便处理员工的咨询及投诉的受理。
6、负责各部门往来人事报表的审核。
7、负责本部门员工医疗证、体检证的保管。
8、负责本部门每月的出勤统计，并及时报到劳资处。
9、负责管理人力资源部公章，并对员工需加盖人事章的材料进行审核登记。

10、关于培训的一切事宜。

岗位要求
1、大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识，一年以上工作经验。
2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。
3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。
4、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
