DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
职责义务
1. Type reports, letters, memoranda, forms and correspondencesincluding those of confidential natures; maintains files of same.
纪录、打印、存档所有报告、信函、备忘录、表格及其他相应的保密文件。
2. Take down and transcribes dictation and minutes of meetings, ifnecessary.
如有必要,编写会议记录。
3. Receive and file monthly attendance reports of managerial staff.
做好每月员工出勤纪录。
4. Maintain adequate stockof office supplies; initiate necessary requisition for approval of FinancialController or his assistant.
保证办公室文具用品的存货供应,并取得财务总监或他助理的认可。
5. Open, read, sort and record incoming mails; forward to personnelconcerned; dispatch and record outgoing mails.
接受阅读并纪录归档所有收到的邮件,并转发之相关人员;发送存档需外发的邮件。
6. Ensure proper handling use and maintenance of office equipment andsupplies; see to cleanliness and maintenance of own work area and FC’s office.
确保办公室设备设施的合理使用,并保证总监办公室及工作场所的清洁保养。
7. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
做好其他所派发的工作.
8. Do department inventory monthly and every season and submit theinventory report to hotel inventory supervisor.
管理好部门固定资产,按月按季度进行定期盘点,并将盘点表上交酒店资产管理员。
9. Collect all respectivepayroll documents during 1 week after every attendance period. Push all relateddepartment to submit their salary data on time.
每月考勤周期结束后一星期内,将工资表所涉及的项目汇总齐全,督促所有相关部门按时上交报告和数据。
10. To confirmthat the leavers’ salaries are paid regarding to the hotel policies.
确保离职人员工资严格按照政策进行发放。
11. To confirmthat the Payroll is accurate. Double check the Payroll with FC and follow upthe procedure of the approval.
确保工资报表的准确性,按时与财务总监进行工资核对,积极跟进工资报表的签批流程。
12. Pay thesalary on time and follow up all the matters after paying and deliver theinquiries.
确保工资按时发放,跟进工资发放的后续工作,解答员工对于工资的疑问。
13. Load thepayroll date and photocopy all respective documents to Chief Accountant torelated account.
导出工资数据,复印工资凭证,以供总会计做当月计提。
14. Filing upall the payroll files and documents.
保存管理好工资所有文件和资料,以用于今后的查阅。
JOB SPECIFICATION
职位要求
1. Very good English skills (written &verbal), Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages,including Spreadsheet programs.
优秀的英语口译及书写能力精通计算机程序、熟知软件及电子表格系统。
2. Working experience in a similar position in a5 Star Hotel for 1 year.

3. Good communication and cooperation capability.

4. At least 5 years experience inHotel Industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
2年的酒店工作经历, 至少3年的相关工作经历。
5. University / College Degree in relateddiscipline

6. Familiar with financial policy on salary ,insurance payment and individual income taxes.
