·Manager different kind of events logistics in partner’s account portfolio.
·Corporate with Conference & Catering Partner to organize the events run down and developing customer relationship.
·Monitoring the conference & meeting group operation process and perform up selling.
·Attending hotel corporate parties and social gatherings actively.
·Presenting weekly sales report on time as requested.
·12 sale calls (physical visit) minimum a week, which inclusive of house site inspections and meetings.
·Liases with C&C Sales for account review, account follow up and target new accounts.
·Responsible for sending proposals, contracts & thank you letter to clients.
·Follow up all quotations within departmental standards and maintains an acceptable conversion rate for quotes.
·Maintain an excellent and clear communication between departments for client functions.
·Attending departmental daily morning briefing.
·All requests will be answered within 24 hours as per Hilton Standards.
·Supervise and managing Client Data base and review every 3 month with the sales coordinator.
·Responsible for special sales projects reports.
·Entertaining client regularly.
·Ensures that Conference/Meeting/Catering reports and trace systems are utilised to generate business and client history is maintained with appropriate follow up. Ensure the weekly Function sheets and group information sheet is completed by the team.
·Meets with or liaises with clients to discuss all aspects of their business requirements, using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques when possible to ensure maximisation of revenue.
·Fulfill the job of C&B catering Sales Manager during their absence.
·In charge of in house show around.
·Meet and great the guests in house.
