【岗位职责】
1.协助主管负责员工厨房和员工餐厅的所有事务，保证员工厨房和员工餐厅的有序工作环境。做好每周菜单和材料供应的准备工作，并与主管一起协助部门员工的工作。上班时，保持风房的整洁卫生。
2.严格检查饭，汤和水果的质量。，当天所有原料的进货情况及质量检查，检查冰箱内及冷库内食品的保质期及备货情况，检查食品原料的质量，协助主管做好成本控制。杜绝浪费。
3.在严格遵守卫生条例以及清洁事项的基础上，确保食品的外观及品质。
4.熟悉员工餐的制作。可以作出符合酒店员工口味的菜肴，并有一定的刀功。
5.清楚了解餐厅其他员工的工作职能，必要时，可以代替他们进行工作。6.如果需要时，负起员工餐厅厨师长的工作职责。
【岗位要求】
1.至少一年的一级厨工或相关工作经验。
2.熟悉电脑基本操作，更新菜单，每日订单申请
3.能够独立完成所分配的工作。
