【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作，完成月度及年度销售指标；
2、开发新客户并维护现有客户关系，定期拜访客户，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、根据市场需求及酒店政策，制定销售计划并执行，及时反馈市场动态；
4、协助策划并执行酒店促销活动，提升酒店品牌影响力及市场占有率；
5、处理客户询价、预订及合同签订等事宜，确保销售流程顺畅；
6、定期提交销售报告及客户分析，为管理层提供决策支持；
7、与酒店其他部门（如前厅、餐饮、财务等）保持良好沟通，确保客户需求得到及时响应。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的销售意识及市场开拓能力，对酒店行业有热情；
2、良好的沟通能力及谈判技巧，能够独立完成客户开发与维护；
3、具备团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；
4、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等）；
5、有酒店销售经验者优先，无经验者可接受培训；
6、工作积极主动，责任心强，注重细节与服务品质。
