【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。
2、保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。
3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电正常供应。
4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修。
5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。
6、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。
7、根据设备的使用，制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。
8、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
12、设备发生故障后服从调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障处理。
【岗位要求】
1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。
2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。
年龄要求：30-55岁
