工作内容】
1、负责酒店客房及公共区域设施设备的全天候巡检、故障诊断与紧急维修，确保运营零中断；
2、主导大型设备管道、机械、设备的预防性维护计划执行，定期完成保养记录与性能测试；
3、统筹管理工程备件库存，核算物料消耗，优化采购流程以控制运营成本并杜绝浪费；
4、协调外包维保单位进行专项施工，严格监督施工质量与安全规范，确保符合行业标准；
5、快速响应客诉报修需求，提供专业维修方案，提升宾客对酒店硬件设施的满意度。
【任职要求】
1、持有相关特种作业操作证，具备暖通、强弱电、管道、机械等综合维修技能；
2、拥有五年以上高星级酒店工程部工作经验，熟悉国际品牌酒店设施标准及管理体系；
3、精通各类机电设备原理与检修技术，能独立处理复杂电路故障及机械传动问题；
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，抗压性强，能适应倒班制及突发状况下的应急抢修；
5、工作严谨细致，具有强烈的安全责任意识与服务导向思维，无不良职业记录。
