About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Front Office Department, The Front Office Agent reports to the Front Office Manager.
As Front Office Agent you will be responsible for the following duties: 
The Front Office Agent will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk services 
As Front Office Agent, we expect from you: 
Hotel Management School Graduate
Excellent overall communication skills
Able to multitask
The ability to work well in a team environment
Must possess good command of written and verbal English Language
Must possess good command of written and verbal Mandarin Language
Must have basic hotel operation knowledge
