岗位职责:
1.To be responsible for steaming, double-boiling and braising of food items.
负责对食物进行蒸煮焖等工序
2.To ensure smooth running of steaming section during operation.
保证上什部位的正常运转
3.To ensure that all the food items are cooked and presented according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.
根据行政总厨的标准烹制食物
4.To ensure that mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
做好提供服务前的准备工作
5.To work as a team and offer help when needed.
具有团队精神并在需要时提供帮助
6.To ensure proper handling of groceries and perishable food items.
处理好易腐烂的食物
7.To keep working areas, stove and equipment clean and in good condition.
保证工作区域、蒸锅和设备的清洁并使其处于良好状态
8.To perform any other duties assigned by the Chinese Chef.
履行厨师长分配的任务
岗位要求
1.5-8 years chinese kitchen experience
至少有五至八年中厨房的工作经验。
2. Minimum requirements-High school graduate, Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school
高中毕业,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业。
3. Health Certificate
健康证。
4. Knowledge in HACCP.
在食品安全体系方面的知识。
5. Working experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
