  • To follow up hotel and departmental rules and SOP.

遵守酒店和部门的规则和标准操作程序。

 

  • To make regular sales calls on accounts assigned to and keep      up-to-date on the clients’ needs and sell the products of the hotel that      will satisfy those needs.

定期进行客户销售拜访,保持最新的客户需求并销售酒店产品以满足那些需求。

 

  • Maximize the full potential of accounts; make sure that their full potential is tapped.

最大限度地发挥全部潜在客户,确保其潜力充分挖掘。

 

  • To tap new target accounts from competitors.

能够从竞争对手中开发新的目标客户。

 

  • To research and follow up sales leads.

调查和跟进生意信息。

 

  • To make the best use of his / her selling time by proper sales call plan.

通过合适的销售拜访计划,以最好地利用他/她的销售时机。

 

  • By regularly entertaining clients, to make sure that they are      updated with the hotel facility and promotions.

通过定期的招待客户,以确保他们对酒店的设施和优惠促销的及时更新。

 

  • To keep in touch with current business trends in the community through magazines, newspapers and trade journals.

通过杂志,报纸和行业刊物与目前有商业动向的团体保持联系。

 

  • To maintain the corporate image of the company by including      presentations on Hilton Reservations Worldwide/ new hotels by Hilton.

保持公司的企业形象,包括介绍希尔顿全球预订/新的希尔顿酒店。

 

  • To maintain sales records by regularly updating Corporate Profile  on cards.

通过定期更新公司简介资料来保持销售记录。

 

  • To handle special projects like corporate events/ appreciation      party.

跟进特殊项目,比如公司活动/答谢会。

 

  • To continue to update the Sales Action Plan and other documents related to the sales cycle.

持续更新销售行动计划和其他与销售周期相关的文件。

 

  • Attend training programs the hotel decides the individual needs to  continue to grow.

参加酒店决定的个人需求继续增长的培训计划。

 

  • To represent the hotel at functions, conference and exhibitions as required.

按要求呈现酒店的功能,会议和展览。

           

 

  • To monitor the competitor hotel activity and to obtain market information.

监控竞争酒店的活动并获取市场信息。

 

  • Assist the ADOS and DOS to compile necessary reports and data.

协助副销售总监和销售总监编写必需的报告和数据。

 

  • Obtain market information, exhibition schedule, cultural event      lists and competitors information and update on all happenings within the      city/country on a regular basis.

获取市场信息,展会时间表,文化事件清单和竞争对手的信息及定期更新在城市/国家内发生的所有事件。

 

  • Maintain a good working relationship with accounts as well as the different consulate offices in order to increase the hotel's market share.

与客户以及不同领事馆办事处保持良好的工作关系,以为增加酒店的市场份额。
