l 协助市场传媒经理的日常工作；
l 负责酒店自媒体渠道的维护及定期宣传发布（包括微信公众号、微博、视频号、抖音号、小红书等）；能独立撰写微信推文，排版及文案符合酒店的调性；
l 负责协助运营各电子商务渠道，包括美团及大众点评、微信商城、银行渠道、其他第三方平台等；
l 负责协助举办各类活动，包括集团活动、品牌发布会、婚礼秀、客户答谢会、对客线下互动活动、圣诞嘉年华等；
l 负责协助酒店对外关系维护，包括客人、合作伙伴及媒体等；
l 担任酒店微信粉丝群的客服，及时回复客户咨询，提供帮助；
l 每月统计各电商平台的销售数据，总结市场部的工作。
岗位要求：
l 性格开朗，积极向上，虚心好学；
l 具有一定的文案撰写能力、审美能力及沟通能力；
l 能熟练使用秀米等公众号排版工具；
l 熟悉PS/AI/CorelDRAW等设计软件的优先考虑；
