11.参与销售通话，并与销售团队成员进行市场调查，从而获得新业务。
12.辅助并支持领导团队有效地管理酒店入住率、员工工资及可控制的支出。
13.使用绩效评估程序，为下属设定目标、期望，为员工优秀的绩效负责。
14.抓住机会，提高利润，创造价值，鼓励创新和支持必要的变革。
15.与业主建立商业合作伙伴的关系，通过紧密的沟通、共同参与重要决策来建立酒店对业主的忠诚度。
