岗位职责
1、在接待主管和领班的指导下工作，完成上级交给的任务；
2、热情接待各方来宾，为客人提供优质服务；
3、接受、处理与订房有关的工作；
4、掌握电脑操作技能，将客人的订房、入住情况正确输入电脑；
5、熟记酒店各服务项目和设施、房间种类、价格；
6、为散客和团体入住的客人办理入住登记手续，合理分配房间；
7、积极向客人推销酒店的各项服务项目及设施；
8、严格把好入住登记手续关，协查通辑犯；
9、为客人提供外币兑换服务；
10、为客人提供开、退保险箱服务；
11、掌握客房的出租情况，打印统计各种营业报表；
12、掌握结账退房、账单录入等收银的有关知识，确收取营业款项并按时上交；
13、参加酒店及部门组织的各项培训；
14、负责有关对外房价、酒店服务设施的查询及留言工作；
15、搞好本组范围内的卫生清洁；
16、遵循请示汇报的原则，发现问题要及时向上级汇报并做好记录；
17、做好防火防盗安全工作；
18、多提合理化建议，健全工作流程；
19、完成上级领导安排的其他工作事宜。
任职要求
1、自然条件：形象气质佳，个性开朗，乐于与人交往和帮助别人，人际关系良好，思维敏捷，应变能力强，对康帝酒店集团有一定的了解，服务热忱度高；
2、教育背景：大专及以上学历，英语/日语口语流利，掌握接待客人的业务知识和销售技巧；
3、工作经验：具有酒店经验者优先考虑；
4、其他要求：
1）、熟悉前台、收银、预订业务流程及操作标准；
2）、掌握当地及附近的旅游知识及酒店的各项服务功能；
3）、需有较好的沟通能力。
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：21-30岁
