· Responsible for overall supervision and coordination of all activities ofpersonnel engaged in operation of the Banquet Department

·Ensureproper coordinatian with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering
andother departments for all necessary arrangements and preparation for
eachfunction based on the Event orders
与厨房、管事部、客房部、工程部及其它部门协调好有关宴会定单安排及准备工作
· Controlspart-timers hired for specific functions and checks attendance of all
permanentand casuals
负责管理特殊宴会的临时工,并检查所有员工的出勤情况
· Maintainsproper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all
concernspertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference
记录销售额、客户投拆、解决方法及有关人员及设备情况,以备查询
· Makesfrequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of
generaloperation, cost control and profitability
向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,达到增源节流的目的
· In chargeof repair of fixtures, fittings and banquet operating equipment,
initiatesmaintenance request as necessary
负责灯饰、家具、设备的维修。如需要,填写维修申请表
· Maintainsestablishment of par stock for operating supplies to ensure smooth operation
保持足够存货以确保本部的正常运营
·Implements and enforces safety regulations and house rules
