·        <Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of allactivities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in therestaurant. Overlooking Room Service Operations >

<全面负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关西餐厅及送餐部的营运、服务及人事方面的工作>

·        < Adhere tolocal regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements,as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures >

<遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度>

·        < Ensureproper coordination with kitchen and bar on daily or monthly specials andpromotions: possesses sound knowledge of food & beverage, up selling andavailability of menu items >

<与厨房及酒吧协调好每天及每月的推荐菜及酒水,熟练掌握本部的菜肴及洒水,高档菜及菜单上的内容>

·        < Preformduties common to all supervisor and other duties as may be assigned >

<根据安排负责主管的工作,并完成布置的其它工作任务>

·        < Tosupervise and oversee the overall smooth and efficient operation of RoomService >

<监督与管理客房送餐服务使之平稳有效地进行>

·        < To behaveat all times in a manner which projects a good company image to staff andguests alike >

<在员工和客人的面前,行为举止应该很好的映射一个好的公司形象>

·        <Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverageaccording to established practices and maximize on labour potential; Plans workassignments based on room occupancy forecast, event orders, group mealarrangements and VIP list.  Adjustschedules to meet emergencies, coordinates with other managers regardingemergency staffing >

<负责员工的工作安排及工资成本,以确保足够的人员完成工作,最大限度的利用现有的劳动力。根据预测、宴会预定、团体餐安排及重要客人的人数来安排工作。如遇到紧急情况,要做好相应地改动,并与其它经理协调好工作>

·        < Maintainsestablished par stock for operating supplies to ensure smooth operation >

<要保持足够的存货以确保本部的正常运营>

·        < Makefrequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of generaloperation, F&B promotions, cost control and profitability >

<给领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,促进销售,并达到增源节支的目的>

·        <Establishes control procedures for reconciliation of Cashiering before andafter service >

<建立收银调节控制程序,在服务前后,要按此程序来工作>

·        < Conferswith the F&B Director in developing F&B budget, Develops and achieving F&B budget, action plan and promotional activitiesof the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses >

<制定并努力达到部门的预算,开展促销活动。增加销售额, 控制成本及提高利润>

·        < Completesweekly restaurant inspection; checks overall restaurant appearance, the repairof its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment, initiates maintenancerequest as necessary >

<每周要检查一次餐厅,包括餐厅的外观、灯饰、家具及其它设备。如果需要,填写维修申请单>

·        < To regularly review the operation and menu format and liaise withF&B Director and Executive Chef regarding special menus and daily specials >

<经常性的回顾运营状况和菜单内容,形式。对于特殊餐品和每日例菜与餐饮总监和行政总厨保持联系>

·        < To ensure that all service and quality standards are maintained as perthe operating policy of the outlet and requirements as set by the Hotel and tocorrect whenever required >

<确保所有服务与餐品质量都符合酒店的标准,如有必要可更新标准>

·        < To do monthly maintenance checks on all equipment, furniture andfixtures and reports all areas in need of attention to the appropriatedepartment >

·        <To ensurethe safety of all equipment held within the restaurant, ensuring that allequipment is properly handled, cleaned and stored at all times. Correcting anyareas which are in need of attention, so that all compliance with establishedpolices is carried out>

·        < To ensurethat Potential breakage does not happen and that staff are aware of theDepartmental breakage procedure. And that full compliance is received withregards to minimising breakage >

·        < Toactively participate in the set up and running of any promotion held in theoutlet, including planning and implementation of such promotions >

·        < Toeffectively manage and control the manning level and associated costs for thedepartment, ensuring productivity level are maintained. And that there aresufficient staffs on hand to ensure guest comfort and service, as prescribed inthe service standards outlined in the operating policy >

·        < Observesand records employee performance, hence able to make recommendations regardingemployee promotions >
