Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
Responsible for daily administrative of food producing process
负责日常生产工作管理并带领本班厨师将食品原料加工成符合要求的菜肴或食品。
Familiar with Staff Canteen rules & regulations, and working procedures
了解饭店员工餐厅内部的各项规章制度和工作生产标准及程序。
Monitor and evaluate works quality from its subsidiaries.
有分派、检查、评估下属工作的责任和能力。
Obey to the orders from supervisor and report work to staff canteen manager.
带头无条件服从领导的工作安排,向餐厅经理负责。
To take care of food quality and report to restaurant manager if there is any problem
对食品的进货要进行质量把关,发现问题及时通知员工餐厅经理。
Familiar with the equipment and able to operate it safely.
要熟练掌握各类机械的安全操作规程
Leading the team to provide good quality food and service
带领领班和厨师为饭店员工提供优质的饭菜和优良的服务。
Check food usage, and cleanliness of equipment, everyday.

Ensure personal hygiene and appearance.
带头做到三齐上岗,工作服、仪容仪表、个人卫生等要符合员工餐厅的规定,并使之落实执行,达到餐厅标准。
Maintain the good conditions of kitchen utensils
对厨房内的各类炊事设备安全合理使用,对需要修理的设备及时填报工程维修单报工程部。
Ensure food safety and quality
检查各种食品原料的质量情况,如有腐败变质,有权不予制做。
Supervise the volume of condiments consuming
检查和控制所需的食品,调料和各类物品的消耗情况,保证其在生产工作中得到有效的使用和适量的备用。
Arrange staff duty roaster
编排组织各班厨师的工作,确保工作效率,有效满足用餐员工的要求,杜绝投诉。
Maintain positive team spirit in the department

Monitor the food producing process, ensure its quality
检查各类食品的加工、制作是否符合质量要求。
Coordinate with kitchen on food processing to ensure food supply during the mealtime.
