职位描述

 

1.Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of his/her markets and business segments.

2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management. 

3.Supervises subordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

4.Hotel market development, guest organization and sales of hotel rooms, restaurants and conferences.

5. Visit customers and improve the service according to market changes.

6. Through the development of new customers and stable old customers to strive to achieve the set sales revenue target. 

7.Use both customer interaction and publicly available tools to monitor competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence, and share  relevant information with key relevant departments in accordance with hotel procedures. 

8.Analyze market trends, characteristics and development tendency, set market objectives.

9.Analyses sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals.

10.Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.

11.Gather information on current and prospective clients / contacts to generate incremental business.

12. Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends.

13.Networking within your customer base and developing relationships with key decision makers and other stakeholders.

14.Actively take the initiative to follow up new sales clues and improve guest experience.

15.Develop and maintain linkages with business providers.

16.Undertakes tasks as and when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel.

9.根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。

10.收集当前和潜在客户/联系人的信息以生增量业务。

11.向管理层提供反馈,以改变市场状况,包括竞争和市场趋势。

12. 在自己的客户群内建立关系网,发展与重点决策人和其他相关人员的关系。

13.积极主动负责跟进新销售线索,提升宾客体验。

14.发展并维护与业务供应方的联系。

15.需要时,承担工作完成市场销售目标。
