岗位职责/职位描述

  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责

1.To evaluate with the F&B Director each event order received, as to function types, set up time and style, F&B requirements, audio visual requirements, manning and additional equipment needs, services and requests. And action accordingly a set up plan for each function, to ensure a smooth setup and running of the event.

与餐饮部总监一起评估收到的每一份活动订单,包括活动类型、安排时间和风格、餐饮部要求、视听要求、人员配备和其他设备需求、服务和要求。并针对每个功能制定相应的设置计划,以确保事件的顺利设置和运行。

2.To write up daily requisition for all condiments and supplies, and hand them to the F&B Director for approval.

准备好所有调剂品和日常用品的申请单,并提交餐饮部经理批准。

3.To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment, ensuring that all equipment is clean, properly handled and stored at all times.

负责维护所有操作设备,确保所有设备在任何时候都是干净的,妥善处理和储存。

4.To follow up with Engineering and Housekeeping on a weekly basis, to ensure that all areas of maintenance are completed.

每周与工程部和客房部保持联系,确保所有的维护工作完成。

5.To follow up that all guests receive every attention.

确保所有的客人都得到关注。

6.To participate in the set up and breakdown of all functions, and assist at all times to the best ability.

参与所有职能的建立和分解,并在任何时候提供最佳的协助。

7.To report discrepancies or guest complaints to the DOFBTo ensure that all dirty linen is exchanged with Housekeeping with fresh linen. And ensure that all records of exchange are kept in the outlet linen log book.

报告不一致或客人的投诉,确保每天所有的脏布草都及时更换。并确保所有的交易记录都保存在记事本中。

8.To ensure that all orders are written on captains orders and are filled out correctly and legibly. And submit orders to the correct locations to ensure speedy delivery of the order.

确保所有的订单都有记录,并且正确、清晰地填写。并将订单提交到正确的位置,以确保订单的快速交付。

9.To report any discrepancies or problem situations that may arise to the F&B Manager, so that action may be taken to quickly resolve and correct this.

向餐饮部经理汇报可能出现的任何差异或问题,以便采取行动迅速解决和纠正。

10.To follow and undertake any reasonable request made by the management of the restaurant and the Hotel.

跟进并接受餐厅及酒店管理层提出的任何合理要求。

11.To understand the importance of Banquet sales, and make every effort to sell, or see to it that the maximum number of items are sold.Report at all times to the Management of the Department any customer complaint or problem situation.

了解宴会销售的重要性,并尽一切努力销售,或确保所销售物品的最大数量。随时向部门管理层汇报任何客户投诉或问题情况。
