岗位职责/职位描述

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责:

1.To supervise the service of all restaurant staff on a daily basis.

监督餐厅所有员工的日常服务。

2.To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and or food order from the menu. And try to upsell specials as specified by the Chef and beverage items.

帮助客人从菜单中选择饮料和食物。试着推销厨师指定的特色菜和饮料。

  • 3.To take the food or beverage order from the guest, ensuring that the order is accurate and has been double checked.

  • 接受客人点的食物或饮料,确保客人点的食物或饮料是准确无误的,并经过反复核对。

  • 4.To check all stations, tables, pantry and display prior to each meal period and ensure areas are correctly set up.

  • 开餐前检查所有的餐厅情况、桌子、食品储藏室和展示品,确保正确的摆放区域。

  • 5.To follow up on service and make sure guests are given every attention.

  • 跟进服务,确保客人得到充分的关注。

  • 6.To assist the Restaurant Manager during the course of their work, ensuring full support at all times.

  • 协助餐厅经理的工作,全身心的支持。

  • 7.To comply with any reasonable request make by the Manager.

  • 遵守经理提出的任何合理要求。

  • 8.Be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment, seeing that it is properly stored, handled and breakage is minimized at all times.

  • 负责餐厅内所有操作设备的维护,确保其妥善存放、处理,并将损坏程度降到最低。

  • 9.To conduct daily briefings with all staff, informing them of daily specials, VIPs and other relevant information.

  • 与所有员工一起进行每日简报,向他们通报每日的特色菜、贵宾和其他相关信息。

  • 10.To assist in the direct service to the guest, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.

  • 为客人提供直接服务,确保始终保持高标准的服务和客户满意度。

  • 11.To immediately communicate all guest feedback or problems to the Restaurant Manager.

  • 及时与餐厅经理沟通客人的反馈或问题。
