1.1 Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
1.2 Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
1.3 Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
2.1 Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in drawing up the marketing plan annually. Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them. Organizes regular sales visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
2.2 Maintain a F&B guest data base and use this to conduct regular sales calls in order to ensure guest satisfaction, promote F&B specials and maintain close guest contact.

2.3 Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all guest interactions and other related activities for the preceding month.

2.6 Provides ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff if any by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.

2.7 Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.

2.19 Responsible for holding daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation with employees.
2.20 Be positive to communicate with the guests to check satisfaction & build tight relationship.
2.21 Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
2.22 Be familiar with changes and trends in the competition and the market place.
