Ensure the proper distribution of all kinds of documents and communications are observed at all times.

File correspondences, contracts, Menus, memos, PR. and other printed materials as instructed by the Exec. Chef

对所有信函, 合同, 菜单, 备忘录, 人事以及印刷品和总厨的文件进行归档整理。

Ensure that documents for approval by the Executive Chef are complete before presentation.

确保行政总厨批阅的文件及时发送出去。

Do translations job for the Executive chef

为行政总厨做一些翻译工作。

Consolidate the Departmentt Monthly Attendance Sheet.

统计每月的考勤表。

Maintain adequate stock of office and kitchen supplies and monitor its consumption.

保持适量的办公用品的存量并且控制它的消耗。

Attend to all inquires and telephone calls.

接听所有办公室来电。

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
