- To ensure, through professionalism, efficiency and training that guest satisfaction levels remain above 95%.
- To ensure that the Guest Service Center and equipment are always presented with full attention to tidiness, cleanliness and office / secretarial working requirements.
- To maintain appropriate levels of professionalism and presentation at all times concerning uniform code standards of work and guest contact.
- Taking room service order and correctly post it into Micros. Follow up with room service and guest to provide a perfect guest experience
- To ensure that service to our guests is as personalized as possible, by way of ongoing guest history research and Opera guest records.
- Ensure efficient provision of message relay service by supervising message taking activities and paging services for guests.
- Thorough the knowledge of detailed procedure in operating the telephone switchboard efficiently.
- Ensure that the printer of the Call Accounting Interface is in working order and the report is printing out with no paper jammed.
- To report regularly on the happenings within the section.
- Thorough knowledge of proper procedures in arranging long distance calls.
- Knowledge in operation of existing paging and sound system.
- Knowledge of the importance of telephone services with respect to the entire operation of the hotel.
- Thorough familiarity with existing extension numbers of the hotel.
