Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
This position plays an important role in operating IHG’s Digital Mall to increase WeChat Mini App channel conversion and total revenue.
• Run the day-to-day IHG Digital Mall platform maintenance and operations
• Proactively monitor digital channel metrics and use sensible tactics to optimize digital contribution and revenue performance
• Support IHG Digital Mall national rollout and drive-up platform adoption on property level
• Leverage internal and external resources to create guidebook and toolkit for hotels and key stakeholders. Support the line manager to work on hotel implementation related tasks
• Generate insights through competitor research, platform data analysis and hotel feedbacks. Leverage insights to optimize platform operations and raise product iteration request

Job Requirements 任职要求：
Education 
• Bachelor’s or above degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Hotel Management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Experience 
• 3+ years digital product & platform operations (APP, Mini App, E-commerce, etc) or project execution experience in hospitality or other consumer-focused sectors, preferably within a large multi-national company
• Experience in conducting training on complex products and tools to non-technical audience will be a plus
Technical Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, verbal and written in English
• Have a test & learn mindset. Passionate about learning new skills related to product operations, data analytics, and design thinking
• A good team player who would support team members on ad hoc projects
• Proficient in use Office suite and project management software
