Key Accountabilities
·       Drive global multi-brand solution programme regionalization from development to implementation in GC hotels
o   Serve as the key regional contact of global multi-brand solutions programme/projects
o   Agile provide regional insights to shape and optimize project plan, scope of work, timeline & final outputs etc from ideation to final implementation  
o   Engage and manage regional project team to develop deliverables, the regional launch and communication Plan
o   Continually collect hotel’s feedback to refresh by working together with GC project team.

·       Lead regional multi-brand solutions from design to implement in GC hotels
o   Closely collaborate with functions to understand business needs and develop corresponding multi-brand solutions projects
o   Follow the Hotel Ready Process for hotel communication during different project phase
o   Manage cross-functional team’s expectations to deliver results
o   Leverage multi-brand scale and partner to uplift branded guest experience
o   Effective communication with global brand/GXSS team to make sure the global consistence and regional stakeholders and answering questions and programme progress

and manage the vendor with clear briefing, good project management and communication skill, budget controlling, contract signing and payment

Education
·       Bachelor’s degree
·       Major in Business Management, Project Management, Tourism Management or equivalent

Technical Skills and Knowledge
·       Minimum 5 years’ related experience in hotel/travel industry operation or an equivalent combination of work-related experience preferred
·       In depth knowledge of hotel operations, including solid understanding of key metrics within the hotel industry.
·       Proficiency in multiple disciplines/ processes related to the position
·       Good interpersonal skills, communication & project management skills in organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation.
·       Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
·       Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
