工作职责：
This role partners with sub－regional OLTs to implement HR standards and priority initiatives that embed the target culture, develop organizational capability, and grow high－potential talent—measuring success through adoption, retention, and capability metrics.

What we need from you
Talent
Partner with the Sub－regional and GC HR to design and execute a talent intervention to build a sustainable  talent pipeline in GC, and have a talent process in place to grow the talent with people managers, including talent review, people planning, Hipo programs for different levels
Building the  Hotel HR & Training succession and pipeline to fulfill the future needs 

Culture
Partner with the GC  HR and Learning team, and ensure our hotels to drive IHG and the  Brand Culture through culture initiative and training
Drive the DE&I agenda at hotels

Capability
Partner with the GC  HR and Learning team to localize and embed the  capability programs for all levels
Ensure our hotels to fully utilize IHG HR system and tools and embraced “our people tool”

Organization
Drive the hotel labor Effciency through programs

Compliance and others
Partner with Legal team to guide the people managers and Hotel GM dealing with compliance issues, and minimize IHG risk

任职资格：
Your day to day
－ A bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
－ A consulting experience is a plus
－ A experience work with global and local counterparts where require collaboration between different stakeholder
－ A experience of hotel or hospitality industry
－ 5yrs ＋ experience in Human Resources Management
－ Strong planning and execution skills;
－ Ability to framing a problem; scope, manage, and deliver a project
－ Excellent consultative, communication skills;
－ Ability to diagnose problems and thoroughly analyze information to guide decision making;
－ Ability to drive and embedding new initiatives in business
－ Business acumen that will enable an effective business partnering role with key stakeholders
－ Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
