岗位职责

  • Ensure all agreed local sales and marketing activities are effectively actioned and monitor the performance on a monthly basis;

    确保所有完成协议的本地销售及市场推广活动都有效率地进行并按月监测绩效。

  • Increase the Spa / Club database by actively sourcing new clients through recommendations, referrals and targeted initiatives.

    通过推荐、介绍及有针对性的活动等方式来开拓客源,以增加水疗及健身中心的客户数据库。

  • Assist the Communications department with press releases / PR initiatives as required.

    必要时协助传讯部新闻稿及公关活动事宜。

  • Support all Corporate / Hotel marketing programmes and initiatives.

    协助所有集团及酒店的市场推广活动。

     

    Human Resource Development人力资源发展

  • Manage the recruitment needs of the Spa / Club in conjunction with the HR department.

  • 跟人力资源部一起管理水疗中心的招聘需要。

  • Conduct regular staff appraisals are per Hotel policy; settling measurable goals for each team member, ensuring their skills are suitable for the tasks set for each position and recommend appropriate training where necessary.

  • 根据酒店规章完成常规同事评估;为每位部门内同事制定可测量结果的目标,确保他们的能力能够完成该职位所需的任务,在必要时进行相关培训的推荐。

  • Take appropriate counselling / disciplinary action as per Hotel policy. Ensure all counselling / disciplinary action is discussed with the HR department prior to completion.

  • 根据酒店规章制度采纳合适的奖惩举措。确保在每次做决定前与人力资源部进行协商。

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Hotel / Corporate office.

  • 向酒店/集团总部提交周度及月度报告。

  • Ensure that the Spa / Club team members are always well groomed in accordance with the department standard and are punctual for duty / appointment obligations.

  • 确保水疗中心员工经常按照部门标准,打扮得体,并准时上班/按照预订安排工作。

  • Review Hotel guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans as required ensuring the targets are attained.

  • 查阅酒店客人满意度评分,执行必要的行动计划以达成目标。

  • Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa / Club is maintained on a day to day basis.

  • 确保水疗中心每天保持卫生和洁净。

  • Apply a courteous and professional approach towards Guest and team members at all times and be highly visible around the Spa / Club.

  • 任何时候,以有礼和专业的模式对待酒店住客和同事,并容易在水疗中心看见您的踪影。

  • Maintain client and company confidentiality, ensuring all business dealings or personal details are not discussed with outside parties.

  • 维持客人和公司机密,确保不跟他人讨论所有业务往来或个人资料。

  • Manage your working hours in line with the demands of the business.

  • 管理您的工作时间,配合业务需求。

  • Ensure that rotas / rosters are submitted as per Hotel policy and completed in accordance with the approved budget / staffing guide.

  • 确保按照酒店政策,把值班 / 轮班资料提交水疗中心总监,并按照批准的预算/人手分配指引完成编制。
