岗位职责

1、确保严守水疗中心操作程序，并每3个月检查一次。
    Ensure the Spa / Club operating procedures are adhered to and reviewed on a 3 monthly basis.
2、在房务总监的指导下推行对水疗及健身中心制定的战略发展方向。
      Drive the Strategic direction of the Spa / Club under the guidance of the DOR.
3、与酒店各部门一道参照行内最优方法以最大化收益并控制开销。
      Benchmark industry best practices in order to maximize revenue and control expenses in conjunction with the various departments within the Hotel.
4、实行川水疗中心内部各分部的财政目标，以周/月为单位进行审查。
       Implement financial targets with each department within the Spa / Club and review on a weekly / monthly basis.
5、通过检测机管理收益及成本来控制水疗及健身中心的月度财政绩效，及达成部门的预算利润。
   Control the monthly financial performance of the Spa / Club by monitoring and managing revenue and costs in order to deliver the budgeted department profit.
6、确保所有存货盘点工作按时完成。
      Ensure all stock taking is completed.
7、根据酒店规章准备所有资本支出并上呈至房务总监
        Prepare all Capital Expenditure requests in line with Hotel policy and submit to DOR.
8、遵从当地和国家有关水疗中心的法规，尤其是牌照法例、第三者保险方面；另类理疗师等。
      Comply with all local and national legislation for the Spa / Club in particular licensing laws and 3rd party insurance; freelance instructors / alternative therapists.
9、确保所有完成协议的本地销售及市场推广活动都有效率地进行并按月监测绩效。
      Ensure all agreed local sales and marketing activities are effectively actioned and monitor the performance on a monthly basis;
10、通过推荐、介绍及有针对性的活动等方式来开拓客源，以增加水疗及健身中心的客户数据库。
      Increase the Spa / Club database by actively sourcing new clients through recommendations, referrals and targeted initiatives.
11、必要时协助传讯部新闻稿及公关活动事宜
      Assist the Communications department with press releases / PR initiatives as required.
12、协助所有集团及酒店的市场推广活动。
     Support all Corporate / Hotel marketing programmes and initiatives.
