岗位职责

I. job responsibilities

1、协助组织制定人事规章制度,并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。

Assist the organization to formulate personnel rules and regulations, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the system.

2、协助组织设计和完善组织结构,做好定岗定编,合理有效配置人力资源。

Assist the organization to design and improve the organizational structure, do a good job in determining the number of posts, reasonable and effective allocation of human resources.

3、协助组织开展岗位(工作)分析,编制职位说明书与岗位规范,建立健全岗位责任制。

Assist to organize post (job) analysis, prepare job description and job specification, and establish and improve post responsibility system.

4、协助进行人力资源开发,制定员工职业生涯规划和人才梯队计划。

Assist in the development of human resources, make career planning and talent echelon plan.

5、负责人员招聘,通过多种渠道为公司寻求合适的人才。

Be responsible for personnel recruitment and seek suitable talents for the company through various channels.

6、协助制定培训计划,组织人员参加培训,评估培训效果。

Assist to make training plan, organize personnel to participate in training and evaluate training effect.

7、协助组织实施绩效考核,统计考核结果。

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal.

8、协助核定各岗位的工资标准,编制年度薪资调整方案,核算每月员工的工资。

Assist to check and approve the salary standard of each post, prepare the annual salary adjustment plan, and calculate the monthly salary of employees.

9、负责员工签订劳动合同及其保管工作。

To be responsible for signing labor contract and keeping it.

10、负责社会保险及商业保险的办理。

Responsible for social insurance and commercial insurance.

11、负责建立健全员工的人事档案。

Be responsible for the establishment and improvement of personnel files of employees.

12、负责员工奖惩、差假以及升、降、调、辞等人事调整手续办理。

Responsible for staff reward and punishment, work leave and promotion, demotion, transfer, resignation and other personnel adjustment procedures.

13、负责员工考勤管理和纪律监察。

Responsible for staff attendance management and discipline supervision.

14、负责对员工劳动保护用品定额和计划管理工作。

Responsible for the quota and plan management of labor protection articles.

15、负责协调员工关系,避免劳动争议。

Responsible for coordinating employee relations and avoiding labor disputes.

16、负责协调公司与政府及其他单位对口部门的关系。

Coordinate the relationship between the company and the government and other departments.

17、负责组织企业文化建设。

Responsible for organizing the construction of corporate culture.

18、负责人力资源信息的上传下达工作。

Responsible for the upload and release of human resources information.

19、负责资质证照申报、年审、核验、变更等工作。

To be responsible for the application, annual examination, verification and alteration of qualification certificates.


二 岗位要求

II. Post requirements

1、本科以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。

Bachelor degree or above or professional knowledge of secretary.

2、懂得电脑操作,良好的中英文听说读写能力。

Good command of computer operation, good command of English and Chinese.

3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。

Have a certain ability of writing and dealing with problems.

4、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。

He is in good health, energetic, and has good facial features.

5、2年以上国际连号酒店人事行政工作经验。

At least 2 years experience in personnel administration of international hotel.
