一 岗位职责
I. job responsibilities
1、在部门经理授权下做好服务准备工作，向客人提供优质服务。
1. Under the authorization of the Department Manager, do a good job of service preparation and provide high quality service to customers.
2、负责做好宾客餐前、餐中、餐后检查准备服务及收尾工作。
2. Responsible for pre meal, in meal and post meal inspection preparation service and finishing work.
3、爱护餐厅设施设备，并对其实施保养、清洁。
3. Take good care of restaurant facilities and equipment, and maintain and clean them. 
4、做好营业前后的卫生工作，保持餐厅环境整洁，确保餐具，部件等清洁完好。 
4. Do a good job of hygiene before and after business, keep the dining room environment clean and tidy, ensure the tableware and parts are clean and in good condition.
5、保证各种用品、调料的清洁和充足。
5. Ensure that all kinds of supplies and condiments are clean and sufficient.
6、了解每餐客人预订和桌位安排情况，为客人提供周到的服务。
6. Understand the reservation and table arrangement of each meal, and provide considerate service for guests.
7、严格按餐厅规定的服务程序和服务规格进行服务。  
7. Strictly follow the service procedures and service specifications stipulated by the restaurant.
8、熟悉菜单所有品种的名称、单价、掌握菜品、饮料知识和服务操作技巧。   
8. Familiar with the name and unit price of all kinds of menu, master the knowledge of dishes and drinks and service operation skills. 
9、接受客人点菜、点酒水、推销餐厅特色菜品。根据客人的口味，帮助客人选择。 
9. Accept customers' orders, order drinks and promote restaurant specialties. Help guests choose according to their taste.
10、通过礼貌接待及机敏而富于知识的交谈与客人保持良好关系。
10. Maintain good relationship with guests through polite reception and smart and knowledgeable conversation.
二 岗位要求：
2. Job requirements:
1、女士，1.65CM以上。
1. Lady, over 1.65cm.
2、国际品牌酒店或同岗位1年以上工作经验。
2. More than 1 year working experience in international brand hotel or the same position.
3、具备良好的服务意识，热爱餐饮服务工作。
3. Have a good sense of service, love catering service.
4、具备良好的沟通、协调能力，性格开朗热情大方。
4. Good communication and coordination skills, cheerful personality, warm and generous.
5、大专以上学历。
5. College degree or above.
