Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

1. 有能力完成个人房间收入目标和促进团队成员个人房间收入目标。

Be accountable in exceeding personal room revenue budget and team's individual's room revenue budget.

2. 督促团队合同签订流程并在截止日期以前提交。

Monitor contracting progress and submission by team before deadline.

3. 有效处理团队生意。

Respond sales leads efficiently.

4. 对销售代表和销售协调员进行年中和年底的评估。

Conduct Mid/Year End PMP review for Sales Manager/Sales Specialist and Sales Coordinator.

5. 随机参加销售人员的销售拜访，观察团队的销售技能，工作效率并促使提高。

Occasional joint sales call with Sales Manager/Sales Specialist to monitor team's efficiency and selling skills.

6. 从已有客户和潜在客户中挖掘散客和团队生意。

Solicit FIT and group leads from existing and new potential accounts.

7. 促销酒店餐厅，鼓励客人光顾。

Promote hotel venues to encourage patronage.

8. 制定每周的销售拜访计划和宴请计划并提交给销售总监。

Organize and report weekly sales call plan and weekly entertainment plan to Director of Sales.

9. 通过和宴会销售的紧密合作，最大化团队转换率来达到团队预算。

Maximize group conversion rate to meet group budget by working closely with catering sales.

10. 每月和团队回顾客户情况，发现潜在机会并增加客户。

Monthly accounts review with team and identify opportunities to expand accounts’ potential.

11. 负责贵宾客户和主要决策人的酒店参观活动。

Handle VIP guests, key influencers and decision makers’ site inspections.

12. 安排主要客源地市场的销售拜访。

Organize sales trips to key feeder markets.

13. 开发追加销售的机会，打破常规最大限度地增加部门业绩。

Explore up-selling opportunities with the team.

14. 参与到促销计划。

Be involved in discussion for seasonal promotion.

岗位要求：
1.从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历。
2.具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备。
3.了解合同法、企业法、旅游法以及有关涉外法规。
4.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
5.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
