岗位职责:

1.协助工程部经理开展工作。贯彻执行上级下达的各项指令，组织落实工程维修项目，督导检查各班人员按岗位规范和操作规程做好工程维修保养。

2.确保变电设备系统的正常运行，为经营提供动力、照明、电能。

3.检查重点部位的重点设备运行状况，技术状况，发现事故隐患立即采取措施，排除故障，保证设备设施正常运行。

4.掌握所属系统当天运行情况、能耗情况、及维修保养工作完成情况，检查交接班情况，发现存在问题及时向部门经理汇报。

5.检查各班组员工工作完成情况并组织开展业务技能培训。

6.导检查班组人员，作好设备运行记录，收集编制技术资料，技术档案，为保证设备管理与运行提供依据。

7.部经理交办的其他工作。

岗位要求:
1、大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。高低压、变配电、自动化业务知识全面。
2、熟悉强电系统运行维护管理工作，有较强的理论知识和动手能力。
3、能够检查和指导本专业员工做好各项工作，有相关管理经验。
4、精通电气专业，熟悉与电气相关的其他专业，能够阅览工程图纸。
